At Bug Seekers, we strive to ensure that our students are satisfied with our services. However, if a student decides not to continue with our services, we offer a partial refund policy as outlined below.

  1. Eligibility for Refund
    • Students who are not interested in continuing with our services can request a refund.
  2. Refund Amount
    • A registration fee of Rs. 500 will be deducted from the total amount paid.
    • The balance amount will be refunded to the original source of payment.
  3. Request for Refund
    • To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at info@bugseekers.in with your payment details and reason for the refund request.
    • Refund requests must be made within 3 days of payment to be eligible.
  4. Processing Time
    • Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
    • The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
